Twenty FIVE Years on - celebrate with us
Hear and Say was founded in 1992 by Dr Dimity Dornan AM to provide Listening and Spoken Language Therapy for deaf children with the goal to teach them to hear, listen and speak the same as their hearing peers by the time they reached school age.
Over this time Hear and Say has reached tens of thousands of children across Queensland through our range of programs from our Early Intervention Program through to our Hear to Learn School Hearing Screening Program. We have introduced Occupational Therapy and have shared our knowledge as paediatric specialists through education settings and human bionics.
We are celebrating through a number of events and want you to get involved too!
Join in by donating to our '$25 for 12' campaign, volunteer, attend or host an event, or fundraise for us!
In this our 25th year we would love for you to share our memories so we can celebrate all that we have achieved together.
Share your memories directly with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or engage with us on our social sites.
Here's a selection of our memories that have been shared so far.
Together we have shared and achieved so much - have a look through our history.
